Supporting Families: Debre Berhan
Emmanuel Development Association (EDA), through our Bright Future Community-Based Child Sponsorship Project in partnership with Menschen für Menschen – Switzerland, we successfully provided quarterly food support to 75 vulnerable households in Debre Berhan.
Each household received a package of 30 kg wheat flour, 3 liters of cooking oil, and 6 kg of pulses (beans). This intervention targeted families facing severe food insecurity, helping to bridge immediate nutritional gaps and protect the health and wellbeing of vulnerable members—especially children.
