From June 3–5, 2026, Emmanuel Development Association (EDA), through Window of Hope Program funded by the Mastercard Foundation, conducted a gap assessment of 8 Youth-Led Organization (YLO) enterprises.

The assessment reviewed governance, compliance, financial management, operations, procurement, asset management, and business performance to identify capacity gaps and inform tailored capacity development plans.The findings will support stronger organizational systems, improved performance, and sustainable growth for youth-led enterprises.
