Under the Windows of Hope Project, generously funded by the Mastercard Foundation, EDA successfully hosted a two-day consultation meeting on 22–23 June 2026 at the CCRDA Conference Hall, Addis Ababa.
The meeting brought together 20 Youth-Led Organizations (YLOs) and key government stakeholders from the Women, Children and Social Affairs Office, Labor and Skills Office, and TVET offices of Akaki Kality and Nifas Silk-Lafto Sub-Cities.

The consultation focused on:
✅ Finalizing the draft Service Agreement
✅ Refining implementation approaches and aligning partner expectations
✅ Developing a shared action plan for effective program implementation

The meeting resulted in the endorsement of the draft Service Agreement and the development of detailed implementation plans by each YLO, outlining activities, timelines, and responsibilities.
The event concluded with a consolidated action plan, reaffirming the commitment of all partners to empower vulnerable youth and create sustainable opportunities for positive change.
