Under the Windows of Hope: Sustainable Jobs for Youth project, led by the Mastercard Foundation and implemented by Emmanuel Development Association (EDA) with 20 Youth-Led Organizations, Tesfanesh and Lemlem and Friends Enterprise has launched its first round of On-the-Job Training (OJT).
Following five days of soft-skills training, young participants are now gaining practical skills and hands-on workplace experience in preparation for sustainable employment and self-employment opportunities.
🎯 Windows of Hope aims to reach 5,500 vulnerable youth, with 80% young women, and support pathways toward dignified employment in the garment and leather sectors.
