Today, Emmanuel Development Association (EDA) successfully conducted its FY26 Bi-Quarter 2 Organizational Performance Review Meeting, bringing together EDA leadership and staff through a virtual platform to reflect on achievements, share learning, and strengthen collaboration for the upcoming quarter.

The meeting featured key sessions including:

✅ FY26 Quarter 2 Major Project Achievements Review – presented by Mr. Yonas Girma, MERL (M&E) Manager
✅ Experience Sharing on ALP Second Chance Education Program – presented by Mr. Yonas Temesgen, Second Chance Education Program Coordinator
✅ Practical Session on Project Planning Tools – facilitated by Dr. Tessema Bekele, Executive Director
✅ Finance and Administration Performance Updates & Guidance – delivered by Mr. Haile Aredo, Finance & Administration Manager
✅ Programmatic Way Forward for Quarter 3 – presented by Mr. Yared Assefa, Program Director

The meeting was officially opened and concluded by Dr. Tessema Bekele, Executive Director, who emphasized the importance of results-based management, accountability, continuous learning, strategic planning, and innovation to enhance EDA’s contribution toward sustainable development and humanitarian impact.

Through collective reflection and knowledge sharing, EDA continues to strengthen its systems, improve program quality, and deliver meaningful results for vulnerable communities across Ethiopia.
